Why does the software only work on iPhone Pro / iPad Pro for capture/surveys?
Automatic capture relies on the LiDAR sensor, available only on Pro models. This ensures reliable, precise surveys that are ready to use immediately, without complex recalibration or heavy manual adjustments.
Can I open Visuary on any computer?
Yes. Visuary is accessible from any computer via a web browser, with no operating system restrictions.
Does it require software installation?
No. Capture and surveys are done through the Visuary mobile app (available on the App Store) with an iPhone Pro (12 and later) or iPad Pro (2020 and later), and projects are managed directly in the browser. No heavy installation or technical setup is needed.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. The subscription is commitment-free and can be canceled anytime from your account.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Your subscription remains active until the end of the current period. After that, your projects are preserved and accessible (no modifications possible). If you reactivate your subscription, you can create new projects and modify them again.
Can I test all features during the free trial?
Yes. The free trial gives access to all features of the chosen plan, so you can test Visuary in real conditions.
Can I switch subscriptions pro-rata?
